The Deputy Commander in Chief (DCnC) serves as second in command and Vice-President of the Colonial Ministry of Defense. Should the office of the Commander in Chief be vacated or the Commander in Chief is unable to carry out their duties, the DCnC shall assume all powers and responsibilities of Commander-in-Chief. Responsibilities include:
- Serve as chief assistant and advisor to the Commander in Chief
- Assist with administration of the Colonial Ministry of Defense
- Other duties as determined by the Commander in Chief
